Regulative rules: A distinctive normative kind

What are rules? In this paper I develop a view of regulative rules which takes them to be distinctive normative kind occupying middle ground between orders and truths. The paradigmatic cases that I'm interested in social like etiquette legal traffic rules. On the I'll propose, rule is general content force due human activity: enactment by an authority or acceptance community.
